These ladies are fabulous! Came in with a bit of a wait for a propane refill but was very welcomed and had great conversation. Even though they seemed to have been outside for a bit and it was hot they still serviced me and my husband. Thank you Greenfill Storage!

Needed to rent a 10-foot U-haul truck for a half-day, so I booked ahead of time. It was the last day of the month, so by the time I got there 15 minutes after they opened on Saturday, this location was pretty busy, but the staff was very courteous and professional. All charges were shown & explained beforehand. I was given an estimate based on how many miles I thought I might drive. The system crashed while I was getting put in their system, but definitely not the fault of this location, though. I had a little bit of an issue connecting to the U-Haul website to take pictures of the rental truck before I left the yard, but all in all I was in my truck and off the lot by 9:45 AM. When I brought the truck back three hours later, Scott (the owner or manager, I think) met me in the parking lot, checked the mileage & gas level, showed that my grand total would be less than the estimate (because my actual mileage was much less than my estimate), and I was done within 5 minutes. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely rent from this location again.
