I have had 2 storage units since my husband passed in 2019.
David is a great employee.
18,000 dollars approximately I have paid. Usually been treated awesome until today.
The assistant messed up my account causing my never late payment to become a absolute nightmare.
I talked to David who told me it was fixed.
Came today and the assistant would not let me in. Because I refused to "leave his store" he threatened to call the cops. This jerk should never be dealing with the public.
I am 72 and usually get along w everyone
